Standard Schnauzer Information

Standard SchnauzerAll the three different, distinct Schnauzer breeds, the Standard version is similar to the others – the Miniature and the Giant – for the fact that they have a strong, square shape; a wiry coat of black or salt and pepper; and an elongated head with distinct eyebrows and adorable whiskers. The Standard is the medium-sized option at 35 to 50 pounds.

The Standard Schnauzer makes an excellent pet. He is phenomenal with kids and great with training. His personality is fearless and fun. He is smart and sometimes stubborn, but will always serve as your loyal pup.
