Beauceron Information

The Beauceron is a large but graceful dog bred to herd animals. They are recognized by their dark coats and tan/red markings that often go up their legs and on their chest and face. Originally from France, this breed is athletic, strong and confident. Owners find they are easy to train and integrate well with kids and other dogs.

The Beauceron can be timid around strangers, but once you get to know him, you’ll find he is gentle and eager to please. Make sure he gets enough exercise, and you’ll have a well-behaved family pet.
